Ari Jewellery use Express Post and Platinum Express Post (Australia Post) nationally with guaranteed next day delivery and Express Courier International (Australia Post). Once your order has been placed you will receive email confirmation and tracking number through Australia Post. You will be required to sign upon delivery to verify that you have received the parcel.
Orders within Australia include postage, a pick up in-store option is available but only within standard opening hours. International orders use Express Courier International at flat rate $65.
Once the order has been placed we will contact you via email to confirm delivery date. Orders received before 3pm will be shipped on the same day. Parcels are not shipped on Fridays or weekends.
All prices on www.arijewellery.com.au/staging are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST. Orders to Australian addresses include shipping, international orders are $65. All International purchases exclude GST, however will incur taxes and duties from customs in the country the piece is delivered to.
Ari Jewellery does not offer refunds, so we ask you chose carefully. All items purchased can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase accompanied in the original packaging and condition, and sales receipt. If you are unable to choose a replacement piece we will provide you with a credit note valid for 6 months. Customised pieces cannot be exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You can also bring your piece to the gallery to exchange. We are happy to repair all pieces purchased at Ari Jewellery. Please bring in your piece or post to Ari Jewellery PO Box 1804 New Farm Q 4005. Please include all your details and return address.
Should you receive a piece that is not in perfect condition please email us at or call us on +61 7 3358 6388. If any product is faulty then you are entitled to a refund, or have the product repaired or exchanged. The piece must be returned within 30 days of purchase and with receipt.
